The research would not have been possible without the support of our corporate partner Creo. Data collection in the first phase of the project was undertaken at four Creo sites in Vancouver, Boston, Munich, and Tokyo. Creo provided participants, onsite space for testing and interviewing, translation assistance, and other organizational support.
