The e-loyalty research project has sponsorship over 3 years from a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Initiative in the New Economy (INE) grant of $286,000 for the period 2002-2005.
The research would not have been possible without the support of our corporate partner Creo. Data collection in the first phase of the project was undertaken at four Creo sites in Vancouver, Boston, Munich, and Tokyo. Creo provided participants, onsite space for testing and interviewing, translation assistance, and other organizational support.
Siemens was instrumental in assisting with data collection in the first phase of the project. Siemens provided participants in Munich, as well as onsite space and support, and translation assistance as required.
